"Bum Genius 2.0"

We're looking for some easy-to-use cloth diapers, but there are too many choices. I guess they aren't squares of white cloth and safety pins any more. And they have names like "bum genius 2.0", "fuzzi bunz" and "happy heinys". We don't know where to start. Any suggestions?

You should talk to Kelly and April Crull about this one. They did tons of research and Kelly blogged about it a few times -- spaindad.blogspot.com

thanks! i've been on their blog before and have read through some of their cloth diaper posts. last time i checked they were still test driving four or five different kinds -- maybe they've settled on something by now.

Check out the back pages of that Mothering magazine I gave you...there are a lot of options in there. Yeah, some are pretty cute. Who thought a diaper could be cute, or have such a cute name!?

Jessie,
I have read that magazine cover to cover and now I want a subscription! Jono has been reading it too.

I already checked out a bunch of the ads and websites for cloth diapers and I think I finally found a site that has what we need.

Also, we ate some of your garden salad tonight and it was delish ;)

How things have changed. I think I might be able to find you the original rectangle sheets we all used. At a garage sale. OK, not. :)

I'm going done memory lane with you, Jan. Those rectangular cloth diapers and rubber pants were way cool. How many times didn't we dip those puppies in the toilet to get all the ___ off of them. And all the muscles we grew carrying that diaper pail with all those diapers in it down to the washer in the laundry room. Never once thought a thing of it. I'm so excited that you are now using the same, Emily and Jono :) - minus the rubber pants, or course(gimmebroek is what we use to call them).
